I love to be barefoot.
I love sleeping with the windows open and the fan on. I love that I am a teacher, and therefore
spend the summers with my family, not with my work. I love walking in our neighborhood, or going
to get ice cream and eating outside. I love
the sun, I love how exhausted you
feel after being out in it all day. Summer
means birthdays in our house—May, June, two in August, and another this
year! I love the long days, the thunderstorms,
the pool, the grass between my toes. I LOVE summer.
